  • Research and quality improvement: Use de-identified imaging and health information to improve services or support medical research.

Specific to Preventi

Preventi’s services depend on secure access to imaging data. We will:

  • Provide you with your DICOM images and final diagnostic reports.
  •  Deliver your data through HIPAA-compliant secure transfer methods such as encrypted portals, SFTP, or DICOMweb.
  • Retain your imaging data only for as long as required by law or needed to provide the services you requested.

Our Responsibilities

  • We are required by law to maintain the privacy and security of your protected health information (PHI).
  • We will notify you promptly if a breach occurs that may compromise your information.
  • We must follow the privacy practices described in this notice and give you a copy.
  • We will not use or share your information other than as described here unless you authorize us in writing.
